We are grateful and excited to announce the 2026 Footprints In The Winter Sand Conference has found a new home at the amazing Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa in Cambridge, Maryland

 

When: Friday January 30th ~ Sunday February 1st 2026

Where: Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Resort & Spa - 100 Heron Blvd. Cambridge, Md 21613

Registration: The 2026 Footprints Conference registration will be on-line ONLY, tickets will not be sold at the event. Written application request, cash, checks or money orders will not be accepted. Footprints Registration Tickets are separate from Hyatt Room Reservations, they must each be purchased separately. Limit of 10 tickets per registration.  Person ordering tickets must pick up tickets and badges at the event. 

Hotel Accomodations: Footprints preferred discounted room pricing is available Thursday January 29th ~ Sunday February 1st at the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa

Digital Recordings: All speaker sessions are recorded by Bob Clark with B&C Sober Voices. Digital recordings are available immediately following each meeting at the recordings table. A complete set of the conference recordings can be pre-ordered for easy pick-up after the last meeting.

Accessibility: The Hyatt Resort and Conference Center is fully accessible and an Interpreter for the Hearing Impaired will be available ~ LOLA!

WorkShops: Alcathon and Al-Anon Workshop Meetings will be held throughout the conference weekend.

Literature: Al-Anon and AA literature and speaker recordings will be available for sale at the event.

 

House Keeping

  • Footprints badges must be worn at all conference activities. Badges are printed with meeting and workshop times for your convenience.
  • The Hyatt resort is a beautiful property, please be kind and smoke only in designated outdoor areas. 
  • For your safety and to comply with strict fire codes, all participants must be seated during speaker meetings.
  • As a courtesy to others and our guest speakers, please silence your cell phones and other electronic devices during recorded sessions. If you need to exit while meetings are in progress, kindly use the doors at the back of the ballroom.
